I don't think my return has been delivered - what should I do?

You have returned your online order and the parcel hasn't been delivered to our Workshops yet. We invite you to contact our Customer Service team by completing this contact form or giving us a ring on 01 55 90 56 69. Our advisors will contact our carrier for more information about your return. Have you sent your order back to us by your own means, without using our online returns system? We suggest contacting the carrier you used for more information about your parcel.

How can I track my return?

You can track your return with the carrier's tracking number provided on your prepaid label: Track my return.

Once your parcel has been delivered to us, your refund will be confirmed by email within 48 hours to 14 days.
